Keep It Shining. Keep It Secure. Keep It Yours
Jewelry is meant to be worn, not tucked away. With everyday wear comes normal wear and tear, and that is expected.
With a few simple habits and occasional check ins, you can keep your pieces looking just as special as the day you got them.
At Home Habits
Take your jewelry off when you sleep, shower, work out, or do anything hands on like cleaning or gardening.
Your ring should feel like part of you, but removing it during these moments helps prevent bent prongs, loose stones, and buildup from soap, lotion, and sweat.

Simple Cleaning Routine
For diamonds and durable stones like sapphires and rubies
Soak your jewelry in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap
Gently brush with a soft toothbrush
Rinse and dry with a lint free cloth
Doing this every couple of weeks helps maintain sparkle and keeps buildup from forming.

A Note on Softer Stones
Some gemstones require extra care and should not be soaked or scrubbed.
These include opals, pearls, turquoise, emeralds, moonstone, and tanzanite.
Instead, use a soft damp cloth to gently clean the surface. Avoid steam, ultrasonic cleaners, and harsh chemicals, as these stones can be porous or more delicate.
If you are unsure, bring it in and we will clean it safely for you.
What to Watch For
Even with proper care, normal wear happens. Bring your jewelry in if you notice any of the following
A stone looks tilted or feels loose
Prongs are catching on fabric or hair
Your ring is spinning more than usual
It has lost its sparkle even after cleaning
