What It’s Like to Work With Us
My husband and I went to Lindwedel's to see if they could upgrade my original wedding ring with a larger center stone in celebration of our 30th anniversary. I was very indecisive about what to do, but Sam was so patient with me, suggesting many different options and making the process extremely fun, unlike other jewelers trying to push a sale. I returned to the store several times before making a decision, and each time I was greeted with a store full of friendly faces that treated me like family. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was at Lindwedel's and am reminded of it every time I look a my new ring!

This jeweler was easily the best I found. I spoke with multiple places, but I knew I was going with them almost immediately after our first conversation. They truly listened and were able to create exactly what my fiancé wanted using only the details I’d quietly gathered from her. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the entire process felt personal and thoughtful, not rushed or transactional. On top of that, they completed the ring in time for me to take it out of the country so I could propose, which meant everything. We’ve found our family jewelers and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Lindwedel jewelers is the best, and Sam, Tony, and Phil were amazing to work with! I came in with a tight timeline on when I wanted to propose and a unique ring decision. I knew nothing about diamonds beforehand and Sam educated me in the whole process and made it so easy to understand. We were able to bring the ring to life on their software and they got working on it right away. In what could’ve been a month turnaround they were able to finish the ring in less than two weeks. The ring looks perfect and my fiancée loves it!
